Maybe my favorite vegan restaurant I’ve ever been to. Everything is vegan unless you add dairy cheese, and all of it is reasonably priced. The workers are always really friendly too. The parking lot can be kind of a nightmare though

Just Get the Jalapeno burger. It won't disappoint. The umami savory-ness & fullness you want from a burger without the meat. Broccoli slaw is another fav. They have consistently rotating menu options to try.

Cute cafe w outdoor seating, staff is very friendly. A lot of options and the portion sizes are big for the price! Definitely recommend the bbq wrap with tempeh!

Cute outdoors but if better done inside this place would be packed regularly. The food is outstanding! My daughter is not vegan but she craves it when going through town. We haven’t had anything mediocre yet.

Don’t have enough good things to say about this place. From the food, the staff, to the vibe. It really had it all. Had the BBQ sandwich and it was great. Tons of options and even had some cool Kombucha mixes.

I love the lasagne which is the Wednesday special. I sometimes order a catering size for holidays and my birthday. The original hummus is as good as my homemade hummus. The orginal BBQ is delicious. I love the no bake cookie. I haven't tasted anything I don't like. Since the entire restaurant is vegan, I don't have to think about someone messing up and putting an animal product in my food.
Read moreThey have a sister store that is a bakehouse. It would be great if they could bring some of the baked goodies like the cupcakes to the cafe. My daughter was surprised when she got kicked out because she works at Chick-fil-A and was holding a Chick-fil-A bag of food when she entered the restaurant. That probably could have been handled a little better. This is the only reason I did not give it a five star rating.

Sunflower Cafe food is just SO delicious. It's fresh and feels healthy, too. My favorite meal to order is the traditional BBQ (in a wrap) with a side of broccoli salad.

Hands down one of the best vegan restaurants we have been to. A diverse, delicious, and fairly priced menu, clean, nice atmosphere, friendly and helpful staff. If you are in the area, you MUST stop by.

My server the other night was very friendly even though it was take out only, very happy and helpful when I had questions about the meal. How ever the cook at the time, male, seemed to be very upset and angry that I asked to have my food cooked separated and then things added on the side, i heard him slurr multiple rude things and wish the owner would notice these things as he was standing right there, other then that the food was okay and the service was absolutely incredible. 10/10 service 5/10 food due to the cook being so rude and obligarent

This was our most memorable meal in Nashville. May 14 2020 sat inside. We were the only ones there in the late afternoon during Covid season. I had a Tempe barbecue wrap and my husband had the traditional barbecue wrap and we ordered a kale salad, beans and rice and mashed sweet potatoes for additional sides. We purposely ordered way more than we could eat so we could have leftovers later… But it was hard to save any because it was so darn good. Super friendly service too!

The menu is diverse: warm and not, entrees and desserts. I had a quinoa bowl with black-eyed peas and collard greens. It was excellent. Every flavor bounced! There are multiple diet options and the staff is completely engaged in helping with your choices.

Obviously the crab cakes aren’t made from crabs. Holy cow are they ever good. When you become a vegan you realize that so many of the things you like about food aren’t the protein source. This place totally nail the spices, texture and breaded crunch of the real thing. Every other dish I’ve had there is delicious but these cakes are a real standout. I also really like the cafeteria style of the restaurant with employees doling our your food for you from warming trays just like back in high school.
