Read moreThe whole menu is vegan and they have so many different kinds of vegan tacos. I tried a lot of them too.
The vegan platter lets you pick certain ones so I got the barbacoa, the Durango, and I can't remember the name of the other one. I also got a fried avocado taco a la carte because it wasn't an option for the vegan platter.
And I got a tortilla soup because I haven't had tortilla soup in ages.
It was so good! Amazing flavors and textures. The tacos were crispy shelled and not overly greasy. The black beans were so good I couldn't stop eating them. The portions were huge and I regretted ordering so much food.
Ithe soup was savory and thick. It tasted good but the tacos were better. I did take the soup home and will be eating it the next day for lunch.
My coworker came with me and he got the chips and guac to share as well as a whole different set of tacos.
He really enjoyed them too and said he will come back here on his own and he isn't even vegan. I am so proud of him

Nice ambience and great food - Edit
This place was recommended by one of our vegan friends. Went there and had some awesome food. They allow dogs inside, so that was a bonus. Took my nonvegan friend and he mentioned that he would be easily fooled by the food. They also have great cocktails and beers. Overall great experience and food. #Veganuary

This place was recommended to me and I am glad I listened! Chips,guac and salsa very tasty. Tacos were incredibly fresh. The maragaritas were also well balanced with alcohol and flavor. I got the tamarindo. Its not near a tourist spot,its in a resedential area. You wont be disappointed!!

A Gem That Never Disappoints - Edit
Been here a few times, everything has been delicious so far. Had the Mexican pizza last visit and it was phenomenal. Tried all their tacos and plan on doing it again and again. Can't really recommend anything over the other, try it all.

I'm not used to going to a Taco place that had all vegan options, let alone, with gluten-free options as well. They were delicious. Out of the three, I enjoyed the Veggie Taco the most. The churro with the chocolate was soft and warm. The chocolate was a great touch.

The best vegan Mexican food around - Edit
We have now been back about 5 times. This place is AWESOME! It’s much for authentic Mexican food than most vegan Mexican places are. We highly recommend almost everything on their menu. The flauta plate is my favorite tho.

I recently had the pleasure of dining at Tacotarian, and I must say, these were some of the best tacos I've ever had! The birria tacos were exceptional—rich, flavorful, and absolutely mouth-watering. Each bite was a perfect blend of tender “meat” (jackfruit I believe but not positive) and delicious seasoning. To top it off, Tacotarian offers the convenience of delivery via Uber Eats, brought right to my hotel. Highly recommended!

I went with the veggie- mashed potato, mushroom, onion, roasted poblano pepper, corn, garlic, lettuce, cilantro lime dressing, and pico,
carne asada- seitan, guacamole, pico, and queso fresco,
and mushroom asada- portobello, chili powder, onion, and cilantro. All in all, they were tasty and nourishing.
Recommended!

So many choices and I wish I could have tried more! I got the taco sampler platter which was very filling and it was amazing! I love that they do a wide variety of flavors and textures without making the options seem repetitive.

Delicious and filling Mexican food - Edit
I could barely finish one of the three delicious enchiladas, filled with Gardein chicken and potatoes, topped with red sauce, crema and queso fresca and served with side salad, rice and black beans. The service was friendly and helpful and the restaurant is spacious and clean.

The tacos are AMAZING highly recommend the fish tacos, Baja taco is good too but not as much wow factor! Their desserts, specially the coconut cake and the arrozo con leche (a cinnamon-y rice pudding with coconut shavings) are delicious! Great place overall

I had the crunch wrap, two tacos, and the churros. Everything was good. I didn't love the carne asada as much as everything else; it just tasted like seitan. The crunch wrap was unique and not a copy of the Taco Bell version; the flavors were very authentic. The churros were gone super fast, and the chocolate sauce was great!
