Great ramen - Edit
I really loved their ramen! It has a soy-milk, rich broth with spinach noodles. The menu says “vegan ramen” and it has corn written, but now after reading some of the reviews here I am a bit concerned that maybe the corn is still not vegan? 🤔

Vegan ramen available - Edit
They have one vegan ramen - marked as vegan in the menu. Comes with spinach-kale noodles , mushrooms, boy chok ,radish, pepper and tofu, no corn. It’s very tasty but doesn’t come with too much broth. Extra broth available upon request

The ramen is no longer vegan! - Edit
We were SO disappointed to hear that they have changed the recipe and the ramen is now vegetarian. They've decided to cook the corn in butter. The broth is still good but there's much less of it and they've switched out the shiitake mushrooms to crunchy wood ear.

I haven’t had a lot of vegan ramen so I am definitely not an expert but I thought this was delicious. We called to double check about the noodles and you have to get the spinach noodles for the ramen to be vegan which I was bummed about but actually really ended up liking. Take out experience was great! I recommend!

Vegan Ramen - Edit
I had their vegan ramen with spinach noodles and it was pretty good. It was a very creamy type of ramen. I enjoyed it. I especially liked that it came with veggies they put in the bowl like spinach, corn and cherry tomatoes.
