Vegan Ramen

The Japanese restaurant, which opened a few months ago, has the same owner as the branch on Immermannstraße. The location on the Bilker Allee follows the former noodle bar and is relatively small, although there are still plenty of seats outside with a terrace and radiant heaters. Inside, it's typical Japanese - eat quickly and move on. There are 5 vegan ramen main courses on offer, 3 of which are labelled as spicy. Edamame can be ordered as a starter or snack. I opted for the shoyu ramen, which was delicious, but like the other takezo, I missed the tofu as a topping and vegan gyoza. So for vegans it remains a noodle soup with some corn and greens.
