Great atmosphere and food in a traditional osteria - Edit
Though the restaurant is not vegan, if you book in advance and tell them you're vegan, you'll have nothing to worry about, except being prepared to eat a lot of good stuff. The chef made me an appetizer platter full of things: traditional panzanella, two mini burgers filled with roasted vegetables, a spinach flan, vegan olive ascolane, mashed potatoes with truffle (soooo good). They welcomed us with a little aperitivo with prosecco and for me a bowl of legumes. As main course they prepared two soups: one of artichockes and the other with fava beans (this last one was delicate and flavorful at the same time, it was truly amazing). The soups were served with different varieties of bread. Lastly, they surprised us with a dessert which we didn't ask for as we were very full, but we appreciated anyway. For me they made a vegan tarte tatin with cranberries (way too sweet for me, but still very good). They have a full separate menu with vegeterian dishes. The majority of things are sourced locally. The staff is very kind, we were the only one there that night and the atmosphere was amazing, with soft lights and jazz music. It was on the pricier side (I also took a bottle of water and I paid 34euros) but it's worth it
