Health food and refill store offering a range of vegan meat and cheese alternatives, cakes, nuts and seeds, beauty products and more. Open Mon-Sun 10:00am-10:00pm.
Not sure about “animal carcasses in the freezer” but i stopped in here to browse and it looked like a good collection of vegetarian provisions. I’d be happy to shop here if I was cooking, I think. Especially interested in the alt cheese/protein in the fridge.
The store didn’t seem that charming, has no café options and the clerk indifferent playing video games but I still bought some stuff.
I’d rather the place marketed itself as “vegan-friendly” instead of vegan but i think this might be a misinterpretation shortening for signage. I let happycow know it’s ovo lacto veg.
Sells Honey. Ghee. Mutilated Dead Animal Carcass in the Freezers. Please go vegan.
Terrifying experience, walking into a market calling itself fully vegan and seeing both honey and dairy in the very first case. They don't just sell it, they manufacture (with their own labels on) it.
Also, this is the same ice-cream that used to be for sale next door, it's expensive and awful. Save your money or go to Foods and Roots in Chaloklum if you want decent vegan ice cream from an actual vegan vendor on the island.
