Super vegan friendly - Edit
Knowledgeable and friendly staff - we had Jennifer as our tour guide and she was lovely. I was given an allergen guide to keep hold of, but I really didn’t need it as Jennifer clearly pointed out what was vegan and gave me alternatives whenever the group was trying a milk chocolate.

A Fun Experience - Edit
I came here on a Scotland trip from the U.S. with my father, who is not an omnivore. We did the chocolate bar making tour and had a lot of fun. The guide Jennifer was really sweet and fun and asked first thing if anyone had any dietary restrictions. She was conscientious to ensure I had non-dairy versions of anything that would otherwise have not been vegan, so I wasn't left out of any part of the tour or tasting. I highly recommend it as a fun excursion in the area.
