Lovely fresh food and vegan treats! - Edit
3 of us got the salad bowls which were very generous, nutritious and tasty! Little one got the raw pancakes and waffles with ice cream and choc and ate the lot!!

Thoroughly enjoyed our lunch here. We ordered the hummus avacado and mushroom fricassee, which were so flavourful and really well seasoned. This was followed by a divine slice (or should I say slab) of pumpkin spiced cake that I had to finish the next day. Truly delicious and great value for money. We also ordered a hot cross bun for our young son, which was tasty too and a superb soya decaf latte and smoothie. Staff and the calming vibe also make the Greenhouse a special place to visit.

We went to Horsforth to pick something up and decided to stop here for lunch. I ordered the Vitality bowl (I highly recommend that, the flavours come together so nicely), my partner had the mushroom fricassee on sourdough which he also really enjoyed, he also had a bubble waffle for dessert, which we somewhat (!) shared and we also ordered the Aphrodite smoothie and a match-chai latte. Everything was great and the staff was super friendly. We sat upstairs first but moved downstairs, where it was much more airy and bright, the hustle and bustle there was also lovely (although not everyone enjoys that).We really wish we lived closer because we would definitely come more often!

Totally delicious smoothies and tofu scramble. Had several choices of places to call in on our drive south but really glad we chose here. Very relaxed setting with hanging plants. Great little cafe.

My favourite local cafe - Edit
I love it here, the owners are really friendly, as are the staff and it has a great menu. They do really good coffee and some fabulous cakes baked by the owners wife, including plenty of gluten free options which are as good as non gluten free cakes- something I think is hard to find! It’s dog friendly too which is a major plus. I’m moving out of the area and I’m really going to miss The Greenhouse.

This is a lovely place to visit when popping into Horsforth for a bit of shopping. Sometimes I just go for the brownies or flapjacks, they are awesome!

The Buddha bowls are tasty and the avocado on toast is my fave.
The only grumble I have, is that a couple of times I have visited during the winter months it has been a little on the chilly side. Also I think they could get a couple more tables in downstairs if they swapped the big round tables (But there is plenty of tables upstairs too).
I hope they continue to do well! 😊

Whether you're on a health kick or fancy a sweet treat, you won't be disappointed! Serving healthy Buddha bowls, pasta, pancakes and lots of delicious daily cakes, with always at least one GF cake. Oatly barista as standard in coffees. Take-away options available. Beautiful presentation of food.

Price is a little high, but the only downside.

Cake went down a treat both with me and my vegan husband and my non vegan parents...couldnt recommend this place more! Lovely chilled vibe and great staff!

Cosy little place with a fully vegan menu, loads of healthy and nutritious options with plenty of treats too (they have pancakes on the menu and a huge selection of vegan cakes, flapjack, cookies etc). The coffee is very good! Lovely atmosphere. They do social runs every Wednesday as well, with cake back at the cafe afterwards. So amazing to have a place like this in the local area.
