Amazing vegan sandwich

Pretzel bun with vegan egg, a lightly lemony aioli and fresh arugula. I’ve gotten it a few times now and have never been disappointed!

Cool Atmosphere

This place has such a fun, cool vibe - and their vegan breakfast sandwich was delicious!

Pros: Cool Decor, Friendly Staff, Yummy Food

Cons: Not many vegan options , Long lines

Not a vegan paradise

Coffee is excellent, but other than offering oat milk and one vegan food option, that's it. A meat eater would probably enjoy this spot much more.

Good but very limited vegan options

I arrived after 3, at which point the coffee bar was closed. The Invigatorium is part of J & Tony’s Discount Cured Meats and Negroni Warehouse, and that part of the business takes over the serving food and drinks for the latter part of the day (or at least it did on the Saturday I visited). I had a very tasty vegan egg sandwich - it was my first time having “Just Egg” and I was thoroughly impressed. This sandwich, however, is pretty much the only vegan food option on the menu. Nearly every other dish has (somewhat predictably) cured meats in it. The restaurant has a nice vibe and street patio, given the limited vegan options and thematic focus on cured meats I’m not sure I’d come back. Note that service can be slow.
