Delicious! - Edit
I love this cafe. Their coffee is made to perfection. I ordered a coffee and added oat milk with a shot of sweetened espresso and this was the best coffee beverage I have ever had. Best breakfast burrito in the world! A must try! The shawarma wrap is packed with juicy mushrooms, savory sauce and the bread is made in house.

Fantastic Breakfast & Pastries - Edit
The egg and cheese breakfast sandwich is SO good! The carrot cake was extremely moist and the croissant was buttery and flaky! I highly recommend sitting outside and people watching!

Great food and great price! - Edit
Was greeted with a warm welcome and helped promptly! I got the breakfast burrito in a gf tortilla, husband got the Philly! Both were absolutely delicious 🤤 then ended with a slice of chocolate olive oil cake and a chocolate croissant. Everything is 100% vegan and tons of gluten free options! Would 100% come back here.

RUN, don’t walk here!!! - Edit
I cannot say enough about this little gem! The place is adorable with cute merch to boost! Full of unique menu items, can’t wait to return and try more things! We got a pistachio late, which was delicious and creamy, the McMoody sandwich was better than the fast food version it’s named for, and the tofu fries CHANGED. OUR. LIFE.

Vegan food with Armenian influence, I love this fusion! I've had the Armenian Taco, and the Philly Cheesesteak, both are big winners. The proprietor is very friendly.

Best Brekkie Burrito - Edit
One of the best breakfast burritos I’ve had ever. We got one to-go and split it, and were very tempted to go back and grab another cause of how tasty it was. It comes with a creamy sauce on the side that I will also ask extra of next time. Coffee was great too. Absolutely would come back—two burritos next time though!

Great brunch! - Edit
Came here with my partner for a brunch. We got breakfast and lunch items. It was filling and also not super oily food (I'm sensitive to that) even the loaded fries used fresh pico de gallo, so when I tried some from my partner's order I felt like it was maybe the healthiest fries I've ever tried haha. Their pastry selection is awesome. I haven't had a croissant in over 10 years, and I was very satisfied with the nostalgia of an egg and cheese croissant sandwich. They even have cookies for dogs!

Definitely recommend!

Best East Hollywood Vegan Eatery - Edit
Come with me to Moody Vegan.
Read moreThe incredible cafe restaurant is loaded with baked goods, breakfast must, lunch and savory meal favorites. Armenian owned in Little Armenia, Moody serves up incredible service and even more incredible food.
Their breakfast plate, white chocolate pecan cookie and a cold brew are now my go to's, however breakfast tacos, breakfast burrito, loaded fries and the mood west chick'n bacon wrap are all up there as well.
It's super chic and quaint to seating is limited if you go with a group, but between the cozy inside and outdoor patio off Sunset Blvd/Normandie Avenue.
Fun place for a vrunch (a.k.a vegan brunch), bite, or meal of any kind. Obsessed with their cookies and cakes, and I'm not a cake person in the slightest so that's a high praise from me.
Get to know Alex and Mel the amazing team who runs this place with nothing but love and care.
Women owned.
Rocking it!
And very much open to all.
Pros: The sell a lot of fun merch, Bakery and Cafe, Super service
Cons: Open until 2pm during weekdays, 4pm on weekends, No public restroom, Parking

Was actually driving somewhere else but gf called out moody vegan, I’ve always heard about them and follow them on socials but never realized exactly where this place was. Got the breakfast burrito in a bowl and the MoodWest chicken bacon wrap, I couldn’t stop eating it was just so good! Service, exceptional. Vibes, immaculate. Food, delectable. We will absolutely be back.

They even offered my dog a treat.

Amazing vegan breakfast/lunch spot! - Edit
My girlfriend and I tried The Moody Vegan for the first time and were seriously impressed. The owners—a warm, welcoming married couple—make everything from scratch, and it shows.
Read moreI got the breakfast burrito (17g protein) with a creamy avocado jalapeño cilantro sauce—so good! We also shared the nut-free, soy-free blueberry coffee cake, a Peel Good protein shake (21g protein), and a raspberry iced coffee with oat milk—everything was phenomenal. We even grabbed a nut-free lemon cake to-go for her mom.
Great food, great vibes—we’ll definitely be back!

Great neighborhood spot - Edit
It’s great to have this small, welcoming place in the neighborhood. The food is a little overpriced and often too salty - it’s also the kind of spot that predominantly uses unhealthy fake substitutes (sausage, egg, etc.). I love that it’s here and will keep supporting it, but it’s just not quite the five-star experience that many describe it as.
