Wir waren nun zum zweiten Mal dort und es war beide Male sehr, sehr lecker. Dieses Mal habe ich alle fünf Tapas als Hauptspeise bestellt. Sie haben alle sehr gut und vor allem unterschiedlich geschmeckt. Es war zum Teil jedoch etwas viel Dip oder Sauce bzw. zu wenig zum Dippen oder Tunken vorhanden. Ein wenig Brot oder Baguette wäre cool gewesen.

Das Essen war lecker, allerdings nichts außergewöhnliches. Man schmeckt, dass alles frisch ist aber die Würze und Raffinesse der Gerichte entspricht nicht den recht hohen Preisen. Auch die Getränke sind deutlich teurer als in vergleichbaren Restaurants.

Probably one of the best vegan restaurants in the city! - Edit
I have only eaten once here so far, but I loved the food! The atmosphere is super cozy (the restaurant is a wooden house), the menu is quite small and changes every month. Each dish is very special and delicious. They have a huge drinks menu as well.

Honestly, I can’t wait to go there again and try more things!
The people working there were super nice as well!
Only slightly negative thing is that the place is not in the city center, but I don’t see much of an issue with it. #Veganuary

Nice little vegan restaurant with a small, but very delicate menue! The food was delicious and nicely arranged, the service was friendly and fast! It was hard to decide, because everything on the menue sounds so good! Especially the desserts are really recommendable!

We especially enjoyed trying a vegan version (the "bruscetta" plate) of a traditionally German meal!

Holy smokes! This place rocks!! - Edit
This place is soooo good! Don’t let the fact it’s a little further afield put you off. It’s very easily accessible via public transport, and the meal is more than worth it! I got a sandwich (the Big Caesar, though the menu changes, so it may not be there when you go) that rocked my world and a peanut butter brownie that will live on in my dreams! The service was so accommodating. I would recommend making a reservation (they have two seating times) since it could book up, and you might have traveled a little distance to get there. Super, super yummy!

Die Küche im Vegan Eagle ist so fantasievoll und lecker, dass sie sogar meinen Schwiegervater davon überzeugt hat, dass Veganismus nichts mit Verzicht zu tun hat!  immer wieder ein schönes, geschmackliches Abenteuer! Außerdem ist die Atmosphäre sehr nett, die Bedienungen ebenso. Dringende Empfehlung!

Die Speisen sind wirklich gut und sehr schmackhaft, schön angerichtet und das Preis-/Leistungsverhältnis passt. Das Ambiente wirkt eher einfach und rustikal. Es zieht leider immer sehr. Das könnte man sicherlich irgendwie noch etwas verbessern.

Wir waren zu zweit um 17 Uhr zum Essen. Erst dachten wir: „17 Uhr, relativ früh.“ Aber bei diesem leckeren Essen tendiert man meiner Meinung nach zu einem Dreigänge-Menü. Und da braucht es etwas Zeit zum Verdauen, egal, wie gut die Zutaten sind.

Ich gönne dem veganen Adler einen langen, hohen und stolzen Flug. Die Küche kann was. Optisch und vor allem geschmacklich. Großes Kino! Danke!

Pros: Sehr gute Zutaten, sehr nette Leute, tolle Auswahl, aber auch nicht zu viel, deftig und reichlich, aber dennoch filegran.
Cons: Nicht zentral, aber die Anfahrt lohnt sich, der Style ist immer Geschmacksache, aber wir haben uns wohlgefühlt.
