Wow! Do not miss - Edit
I did not have this place on my radar since it’s not vegan or vegetarian, but I got a tip from staff at Urten (also good btw) that they will do a vegan menu upon request here and they do it well. I was so pleased! Everything was amazing. The bread was really unique. It was like eating a pancake! The best salad was very tasty. The sweet beets and the tart berries together were 👌👌👌👌. The chickpea flour I think had tofu in the middle? I’m not sure, but it was also delicious. Then the main arrived 🥰 the chef just came up with this off menu and it was so good. I loved the pickled tomatoes and artichokes and the miso sauce was so savory and delicious. Pairs well with this toasty pine nuts. So yum. Thank you Theo for such a special last night in Copenhagen. 🥂

Simple fine dining - Edit
Enjoyed the four serving / seven dishes menu made vegan. The food was delicious, and though expensive for us, cheap compared to most finer dining in Copenhagen.
