Super Limited but Super Delish - Edit
This is great for plant based tacos and for gluten free options. The employees were extremely educated on what was vegan and gluten free and how to make options vegan and gf.

I debated the Fried Avocado which can be made vegan (no cheese, substitute a sauce) but decided to save it for next visit. Chips and salsa were also yummy and they offer adult bevvie.
Even though there are only 2 V options, they are a great place to go with non-vegans!
Pros: Delish, Different than most places, Employees know their ingredients

Torchy's isn't bad but it offers limited vegan options. There are many other vegan-friendly places nearby with better options.

Good for Mixed Groups - Edit
The one vegan taco is quite tasty, but it's the only one. The are more ovo/lacto options including good queso. Great place to meet up with friends.

Theres not many options here for vegans - Edit
I don't think any tacos are vegan but you can put together a decent burrito. It just takes some work to figure out how to order it vegan and it comes out to be 1.5 times the price of a traditional burrito joint.
