A little hard to find but worth it - Edit
Nestled upstairs on the fourth floor of The Venetian, this cute little cafe offers a variety of vegan dishes. I ordered the coconut French toast with a side of scrambled Just eggs, which was delicious. #Veganuary

Good food & service - Edit
A few issues I had were (1) They did not keep up with the reservation we made about 3 hours before arriving and we had to wait for a few minutes to get a table so make the reservations at least a day before. (2) My fiancee indicated she was allergic to cucumber but the salad she ordered still had cucumber. (3) They also have honey in some "vegan" dishes so they should be more specific about the ingredients as honey is usually not considered vegan.

A Vegas Favorite! - Edit
This is my absolute favorite restaurant in Vegas. I go multiple times each trip. The food is so fresh and delicious. Highly recommend the avocado and greens toast with Just Egg added and the lunch “chicken” wrap.

Tasty! - Edit
Like other reviewers say, this place is hard to find within The Venetian. Very tasty health oriented food. The salads and sandwiches were very good, I would 100% recommend the napa cabbage salad.

What an excellent discovery! - Edit
Excellent vegan options - we picked up a couple of dishes for takeaway in preparation for our flight back to the UK. The restaurant isn’t the easiest to find - it’s on the 4th floor by Canyon Ranch and near to the gym. We tried the quinoa salad and a wrap and a sandwich - all very very tasty. Not the cheapest, however the portion sizes are good, aside from the addition of tofu that I added to my salad - an extra $10 for a few small pieces - only realised how small the portion was after I’d left - otherwise I would have complained. Shame that they’re not fully vegan anymore (apparently not since January ‘24), however they still have plenty of vegan options. Would definitely recommend!

Great vegan breakfast, tricky to find - Edit
Ok, the food here is really great, and the service was outstanding.
Read moreIt's located on the 4th floor of the Venetian, inside the Canyon Ranch Spa area. To get there, you need to find the guest elevators, and look for the elevators labeled Canyon Ranch.
If you're not staying at the Venetian, you'll have to show an ID to the guard to get access to the guest area.
Once you get up to the 4th floor, the pool deck is on one side, and on the other side there's a sort of roundabout with a bunch of hallways coming off of it. Look for the one labeled Canyon Ranch and head that way.
It's going to feel like you're going the wrong way, because it looks like just a hall of rooms, but the Spa is at the end!
Once you make it there, quest complete, Truth and Tonic is right inside.
I had vegan Avocado toast and added Just Egg, as well as the soyrizo breakfast burrito. Both came with a really fresh, little side salad. My latte with oat mik was also very good, and I finished up with warm vegan banana bread.
I will be back here for sure! Vegan breakfast is really hard to find on the Strip, and this is the spot for it!

Good but expensive - Edit
I guess price works in an expensive hotel, but it’s $20 sandwiches with vegan meats, so that’s a plus. Baked goods are vegan too. Nice to have options.

One of the best vegan restaurants I’ve been to a refreshing change of pace when there’s more more vegan options than regular. - Edit
Three of us had a great dining experience at this restaurant called truth and tonic by Canyon Ranch at the Venetian Hotel in Las Vegas. From the drinks all the way to the main courses everything was just wonderful. The service was great as well. Good flavors and fresh food.

Hard to find but worth it!!! - Edit
It was hard to find initially because there’s no signs and you have to go through a secure area, but we just asked Venetian staff for directions. It was worth it! We had excellent food, so much we went back twice. It’s expensive because everything on the Strip is, but is quite reasonable compared to other choices. Lots of healthy, whole-foods choices. I recommend the ramen with tofu! The whole grain blueberry muffin, breakfast burrito, and vegan chicken wrap were all great too. The staff was friendly and we had no wait to be seated.

Delicious, mostly vegan cafe in the Venetian Hotel - Edit
we loved our brunch! Great food, lots of options. Beautiful fresh juices, smoothies, vegan tacos, pancakes, avocado toast, JUST egg, etc. Note that this place has a coffee shop/cafe vibe and is in the spa area of the hotel. It's not a big restaurant. Totally delicious and mostly vegan. It was worth leaving our hotel to find this place. Not many good options in Las Vegas.

Absolutely delicious - Edit
I had the vegan chicken avocado wrap (which I can honestly eat everyday, probably the best wrap I’ve ever had) and it comes with a yummy side salad, the ramen with vegan chicken (also delicious), and the quinoa salad (can’t go wrong). It was quite difficult to find but I guess it’s part of the Canyon Ranch Spa on the Venetian side. Worth the adventure!

Don’t go out of your way… - Edit
As others have mentioned, it’s hard to find and you’ll have to hand over your ID to register yourself just get into the elevator.
Read moreWe had to wait about 30 minutes for a table, even though they were half empty. Once we ordered, the food took a long time to come out. They got both orders wrong, but we didn’t want to wait another 45 minutes so we just ate it. Unfortunately they told us the butter was vegan, but it wasn’t. For a restaurant with a lot of clearly labeled vegan options, that was pretty disappointing.
Overall the food was ok, but the experience wasn’t good. Definitely don’t go out of your way to come here, but it could be a good option if you’re staying at the hotel.

IDK why Happy Cow shows this place as vegan, but their menu is bursting with eggs. The app even added one more star to support this "vegan" business that's not vegan.

Yummy food, hard to find - Edit
The café was pretty hard to find, with time consuming security steps to access, so leave plenty of time to get there, and reserve in advance. Going into the Venetian shopping mall, take a right at Sketchers to get to guest elevators. Then, we had to get all our ID inputted by security (both of us... it was quite unexpected) then, take the elevator up to the fourth floor, and head for the 200s rooms. At the end of the hallway, you see the gym and it is next to it.
Read moreThe cafe had a nice feel, with really attentive staff. It is no longer (sadly) 100% vegan, but vegan options are clearly labelled and the staff said most things can be veganised. We had the breakfast Tacos and coconut French toast with just egg scramble. Portions were generous, coffee was refillable, and all was delicious.
We were not Venetian guests, so enjoyed having a look around the hotel. We were full til dinner time after brunch here.
Recommended! It is pricey, but not too bad for Las Vegas
Pros: Tasty food, Chilled atmosphere , Helpful staff
Cons: Menu no longer all vegan, Pricey, Complicated to access

This place is very hard to find. If you ask for directions you will be given the wrong ones. The hotel concierge finally pointed us in the right direction.

The food is good, we had the coconut milk french toast which was delicious. I had mine with Just Egg, which was nice but unneeded as the dish was fine without.
N.b. This place is not 100% vegan as the listing and website suggests.
Pros: Quiet (because no one can find it!), Delicious brunch items
Cons: No directions on the website , No directions on the resort map, No one knows where it is (except the concierge).

Everything was fresh, and perfectly crafted. We had the Frittatas and Huevos Rancheros. Made with Just Egg. Amazing. I just wish they were open Mondays, and Tuesdays, and we could have gone back! It is right next to the Canyon Ranch Spa in the Venetian. Worth it.

Tough to find! See here for instructions!
Read moreA pleasant brunch spot with food that is delicious and healthful. You can tell a lot of care goes into the preparation of the dishes, from the pomegranate seeds on the side salad, to the lightly crisped edges of the vegan chicken, to the whole grain tortilla that had a perfect chewy texture. They offer several varieties of plant milk for coffee.
The staff members were friendly and attentive, and they kept my coffee full.
Because this restaurant is secluded inside a health spa, it's relatively quiet. It's a calming space perfect for taking a breather from the bustle and noise of casinos.
HOW TO FIND: Truth and Tonic is inside the CanyonRanch health spa on the fourth floor of the Venetian hotel & casino. To get there, go to the guest elevators on the first floor. If you aren't staying at this hotel, a person at a security kiosk in front of the elevators will ask to see your ID before they let you use the elevators. Then take the elevator to the 4th floor and follow the overhead signs to the CanyonRanch health spa. The restaurant is right inside the spa, on your left.
As of the writing of this review, they're only open Wednesday-Sunday and only for brunch hours.

Truth and Tonic is a little tricky to find - inside the Canyon Ranch Spa on the 4th floor of the Venetian but SO worth it! I had trouble making up my mind which vegans can relate to being a good problem to have! 🙂 I got the Just Egg Scramble with breakfast potatoes and my friend had the French Toast. Both were excellent and our server Daniel was exceptionally pleasant! We’ll definitely be back!!
