Visited for lunch where we ordered the tofu katsu curry and tofu and mushroom bibimbap.
Read moreThe katsu curry was delicious, with perfectly cooked tofu, but was not coated with panko breadcrumbs.
The bibimbap was disappointing though, lacking any real flavour at all and I left most of it.

The flavours are great, although the tofu is sometimes a bit overcooked but I know some people who like their tofu on the crispier side. The dishes on the menu are pretty simple though, so I don't know if the £8 per serving price point is justified. The bibimbap is essentially tofu, rice and some veg & the kimchi fries are just fries topped with some tofu pieces and kimchi. Delicious, but not that hard to make at home.

I love this place! I have had almost every vegan item on the menu (some more than once) and it never disappoints. There are plenty of clearly labeled vegan options to keep things interesting. My personal faves are the tofu or pumpkin katsu and the pumpkin croquettes.

We ordered the Kimchi fries which is around £8 and it was basically just chips with a spoonful of Kimchi and 3 tiny burnt mushrooms. It tasted pretty nice barring the mushrooms but if you ever go there avoid getting this and probably go for something like Katsu curry which ma my be more value for your money.

Came here on a Saturday evening as everywhere else was fully booked. We did book a table last minute and would advise anyone wanting to eat in to do so also as there is limited seating inside with a few tables outside.
Read moreTheir Covid ordering policy is to order yourself on a screen by the door which is easy to do and then you pay using a card machine.
Read lots of things about how nice the tofu katsu curry was so went for that and it really is delicious! It was served on top of rice with crispy onions and a side of pickled veg. We also shared some veg dumplings which were really good too!
It’s byob with an additional charge of £1.50 per head.
Overall the food came quick and was really tasty. The menu is clear as to what is vegan and there are a few options for vegans. Prices are also decent.
