Tasty, all-vegetarian Indian food with many vegan options - Edit
We enjoyed trying this new, all-vegetarian Indian restaurant. Servers brought us a separate list of menu items that were either vegan or veganizable (of which there were many).
Read moreWe tried the roti bread (request no butter); the tasty and spicy Okra Masala; the Punjabi Samosas appetizer with rice, and the vegan version of the Tawa Paneer with Veggies--also spicy and delicious. We noticed that the vast majority of diners were Indian-American families--perhaps a good sign.
Servings were generous. Prices moderate for this area. Servers were friendly.
5/25 Update: We tried the Gobi Machurian with deep fried cauliflower and veganized Naan, both were great, as was veganized eggplant stew.
Only two nits: you practically have to stand up and flag down servers to get them to come back. Also, the vegan menu is simply a handwritten list of items, without any descriptions.

Disappointing Vegetarian Adventure - Edit
I stopped here in order to try an all vegetarian local spot where I was applying for a job today. Very easy to place order online prices were respectable, although Togo portions were a smidge small. Overall would not return of at minimum not order the same dishes
Read moreI got 1) garlic naan 2) carrot pudding 3) dal makhani and 4) adraki dhaniya paneer
I ordered mild of the dal and paneer and they were WARM not for the sake of flavor it seemed either but simply heat for spicy ness sake. The dal in particular, and on top of that it was extremely greasy a decent sized fat pooling at the top of the dish that made it oily on your lips. Carrot pudding was dry and a served at room temp I think warm or even cold would’ve been nice but that’s preference. Paneer was the best dish out of all ordered, but only about 5 bites of paneer in a small container for the price not worth it.
Overall a disappointment but the restaurant was full when I was there of people sitting down with families, can’t be all bad.
Pros: Huge Variety of Paneet Options, Beautiful Interior Dining Area, Quick Preparation of ToGo Order
Cons: Neutral Service Interaction, All Heat no Flavor, Minimum Lentil Options
