They only had a couple of vegan and vegetarian options (kappa maki, pickle maki, gourd maki,tamago nigiri, eggplant nigiri, Inari, cucumber rolls with fried green onion and chili oil, french fries and desserts).
Read moreThe sushi I did have was good, nothing special, but decent. They serve a lot of other things aside from sushi, which was nice since my partner doesn't like sushi and I was really craving it. But due to the limited options we won't be coming back

There was not as much vegetarian/vegan choices as described in the caption. It is convenient to order by tablet and have the food delivered by train. When we arrived we were seated straight away, but when we left there was a long queue! I had fries, nato sushi en cucumber rolls. It was tasty enough, but I would not return to this place due to the limited menu.

There were only a couple of vegan options but for us when we went there that didn’t matter that much. There was something to eat that was quick and easy, reasonably healthy, very good value, and the sushi bullet train experience was quite an experience! We had inari, cucumber sushi, pickle sushi, and fries. It was a good light meal for lunch.

Seems an appropriate choice for the area. Bit if a wait to get seated but once there decent sushi. Very busy place so a bit chaotic.
