Brain fog gone!!!

I had trouble with sleep and brain fog, lack of concentration etc, I cam and spoke to Eric who was amazing, he explained everything to me and recommended me the magnesium and also gincko bilabo, which work like a charm. Now I get great sleep and can focus throughout the day. Amazing shop amazing people, must visit!!!

Nice shop, a little bit more expensive

This shop has a lot of stock for a relatively small space, with a lot of options for a lot of products, including many vegan and gluten-free. There's chocolate, biscuits, crisps, pastas, a Japanese cooking product section, fruit and veg and some cakes on the counter, among other things. My one gripe is that it's a bit more expensive than some other health food type shops in the area (namely Haelan and Earth) and prices are more like Planet Organic. For example the fresh Manna bakery muffins here are £2.50, in Earth they're £1.99, which would definitely limit how often I'd go here.

Pros: Good selection of fresh and store cupboard things

Cons: More expensive than other local places

Local & independent with good vegan selection

I have visited this small but well stocked shop many times and most of the items are veggie and/or vegan.
In addition to the hot drinks, they also have a large selection of smoothies that they make fresh, but I've never tried those. Friendly staff.

Pros: Many vegan items, Independent, Friendly service

Cons: Some items are overly expensive, Limited to no gluten free bread products, Outdoor seating area is on a relatively busy road
