Disappointing Vegan Options at Van der Valk Ridderkerk

Yes, Van der Valk Ridderkerk offers many vegan options, but the quality is lacking. The starter, a mini poke bowl with imitation shrimp, was actually quite tasty. However, the main course was a plate of dry spaghetti with frozen vegetables and store-bought tomato sauce. It was completely flavorless, and I couldn’t finish it. I mentioned this to the staff, but nothing was done. It was tasteless and overpriced for such poor quality food. We will not be returning. Three stars for the variety of options, not for the quality of the food.
