Ice cream company found 2008 in Brooklyn and operates parlors and trucks in multiple US cities. Advertises both dairy and vegan ice cream, which you could get in a shake, sundae, cone, or as ice cream sandwich. Uses cashew and coconut as base. Some of its outlets also sell baked goods and coffee.

stressful experience and okay ice cream - Edit
it was okay ive had better flavor wise (i got strawberry shortcake but didnt add toppings so maybe its my fault) but the ice cream was VERY creamy, the service was not particularly good but its a chain so i dont expect much i just felt so rushed and anxious in there that i got the first flavor i tried plain.

Fine vegan ice cream - Edit
Vegan ice cream is not particularly healthy, so if you have some, it should at least taste good! Van Leeuwen's not only has tasty vegan flavors, but they highlight them. This branch is attractive, with a few seats indoors, but no outdoor seating. If you want vegan soft serve, or more roomy place to sit, you might check out 16 Handles nearby, which offers Oatly soft serve (though I feel that the vegan ice cream at Van Leeuwen's tastes better).
