We chose 2 pizzas without dip. We realised later why it is recommended to order a dip. Because the pizza was very dry and therefore a bit hard to eat. However, the pizzas were still very tasty. The truffle fries was a dream.

A wide range of choices in pizzas and even a few pastas. You can go for a plain margeritha or a funky one with not your average pizza toppings. We went for ‘Sala Mommy’ and ‘The Garden’ and both tasted great. The homemade lemonades are worth a mention as well. They offer drinks from company’s that reduce food waste by making waste products into new products such as drinks.
Read moreAs a dessert we had Mon Chou Cherry, from which I can eat a few more plates because this was amazing. And the Pimp my Ice, which was a safe choice since I wasn’t really hungry anymore. We got a discount because we had to wait a bit longer for our food to arrive. The waiter was very friendly and we had a nice spot at the window. I’d certainly go here again.

Nu al vaker bij de vegan pizza bar gegeten. Het personeel is super vriendelijk en behulpzaam. We wilden het driegangenmenu nemen, maar op zondag kun je reserveren met een gratis toetje. Het personeel wees ons erop dat we goedkoper uit waren als we het los zouden nemen. Top! De pizza’s zijn altijd goed, de kaas is niet plakkerig (zoals veel vegan kaas dat wel is) en het de prijs/kwaliteitverhouding is heel goed! Zeker ook een restaurant om je niet vegan vrienden mee naartoe te nemen.

Overall good taste and a decent number of choices, but I was a bit disappointed that they did not had a decent vegan mozzarella. I also prefer Neapolitan pizza, but that’s a personal preference.

We tried a few pizzas in 2022 and 2024 and the ones with creamy ‘chicken’ and mexicana were the best. The monchou pie was surprisingly creamy, so we recommend it as well.

I've enjoyed several pizza's here and they were all very, very good. They are able to let you eat a delicious vegan pizza without noticing that it's vegan. Tasty, cheezy, colourful and very important a good base and home made "cheese". They also serve starters, a few pasta's and creative desserts. Friendly and passionate personel, good atmosphere and pleasantly priced.

It was quite a disappointment, the pizza was unseasoned and quite tasteless. Soggy in the middle and hard on the outside. The extra vegetables were just as bland, only the dessert was okay, very sweet. Such a shame.

As a main I had the Truffle Risotto but without onion since I don't react well to that. The risotto too was delicious! Their homemade Parmesan was a real treat!
Since I was early and ate a late lunch I was pretty full when it was time for desert (I chose the 3-course menu option) so I asked I could choose the Mon Chou Cherry cheesecake but as a take-away which was no problem. Also ordered a fresh Mint tea which was served with a really delicious brownie(?) piece. And I tried the Kumasi Sappi, which is made from the fruit shells of Cacao beans, and it was very tasty! Must be delicious on a hot summer's day.
Ate the Mon Chou cheesecake when I got home and it was very good but a little bit too salty for my taste. Could be because it had warmed up by the time I got home and the saltiness is less noticeable when it is eaten cooled, but I will have to try out that theory next time I visit.
Will return!

This is an amazing vegan pizza place. We had the Papa Roni pizza, the Ballerina pasta and the Oh Mon Chou Berry cheesecake. They were all delicious, I was particularly amazed by the vegan cheese, the vegan pepperoni, the dough/crust and the vegan cheesecake. They also had a high chair for children. We will definitely return and then we'd like to take the 3-course menu.

It was exactly one year ago to the day that I ate at the ‘The Hague’-location of Vegan Pizza Bar and boy o boy, they sure have improved. (Well, assuming both branches are operating as they should of course.) I remember feeling a bit let down by the quality of the food but this was not the case at all this time. I 100% would choose this place over Vegitalian. Interior-wise you could probably not tell that this is a pizza place, apart from the few scattered Mutti Polpa tins in the restaurant. But that is one of only very few notes. The great experience started when the waiter immediately brought my service dog a bowl of water after seating me in a tactful spot. For a drink, I got the ‘Madam Ginger’ lemonade. It was extremely flavoursome and had a real kick and depth of flavour to it. I wasn’t really feeling like having pizza so I went for the ‘White Lasagna’ instead. Though the dish had a bit too much spring onion oil on top, I really don’t have any complains at all. They definitely used cashews in the sauce but in the best way possible and the tangy cheese… oh my goodness. You would think that a pizza bar would just have put pasta on their menu as an afterthought but HECK NO. These dishes are all very well-executed. I managed to get a free tiramisu using a deal-app. Sadly, the old tiramisu has been replaced. Don’t get me wrong, this one’s also nice, but it’s a bit heavy on chocolate sauce/flavour and the other one was more innovative. I am DEFINITELY visiting the other location again soon so I can update and adjust my review of last year’s meal and get a bite of delectable pizza.

Read moreThe food was to die for! The classic lasagna was some of the best lasagna I've had period. Rich, indulgent, with fresh qualitative ingredients. My partner had the Trufflelicious gluten free pizza: crisp and tasty crust, deliiicious sauce and fresh ingredients.
The Lemon It Is dessert lastly was wonderful. A layering of flavourful lemon custard, fruit compote, cookie crumbs and a dollop of pleasing ice cream. Big recommend in general, this place takes vegan cooking to a new level.

Absolutely amazing ! I have been there many times and probably even more ! Full vegan menu, super delicous food and very friendly staff! The location is nice, outside tables are available, inside is very well decorated. It is clean and fast! The pizzas ,snacks, deserts, pastas are all yummy! My favorite is especially “The Garden”. They have also a branch in Den Haag too.
