Fluffy gluten-free, vegan cakes!! - Edit
The cakes were exquisite. It ticks all of my boxes with the ingredients and taste. My top favorites are the red velvet and the "honey" cake and oreo-like whoopie pie. It is rare to find gluten-free cakes/pastries with no refined sugar -that are not a raw vegan. Nothing against raw vegan desserts, they are usually cashew based, too heavy after a meal for me.
