Amazing! - Edit
I have been very effusive about the eateries of Singapore (and rightly so), but this place is simply brilliant. The eight treasures porridge looked slightly unappetising, but it blew me away with how good it was. The slice fish bee hoon was very much its equal, and the side dishes that I had were also incredible.

Would highly recommend this place to veg and non veg. You will enjoy it! Be prepared for a long line, but it is for a reason.

Plenty of options - Edit
Their food is very affordable and I love the various options they have! Be prepared to see a super long queue on the 1st/15th of the Chinese lunar month.

Very cheap, pretty good - Edit
We got here around 2.40pm and they had run out of a la carte items like Fried Rice. The upside is there was no line and plenty of seats available!
Read moreFOOD:
We both got the Mee Rebus, I got it with a hash brown for an extra $1, my partner got it with green beans for an extra 50c. The stuff on top is pretty nice - tofu, etc, but once you go through the top layer it's a massive bowl of noodles that is very soupy.
We didn't realise it would be so soupy as the photo on the menu has it served on a plate. That said, it was pretty good, but I couldn't drink all the soup (ate all the noodles though). A bit spicy. The bain-marie isn't heated up at all, so the food sitting there gets cold - my hash brown was cold.
PRICE: $3.50 per bowl of Mee Rebus, an extra $1 for hashbrown and other fried things on top shelf, adding items on bottom shelf like greens beans only extra 50c.
PAYMENT: No pay pass/pay wave with credit/debit card. We paid cash.

Best lunch option in the centre, worth the queue - Edit
Veggie 121 is, in our humble opinion, the KING of vegan lunch time options in the CBD. Nothing else comes close - the variety, the flavours, the price… phenomenal really. We eat here for lunch every day when working in the centre. Yes, the queue is long, yes it’s a bit chaotic getting a table - but that’s testament to just how popular and how fantastic this place is. Wednesdays are a particular favourite - they do this delicious tofu scramble which is soooo tasty! Plus, ask them to put some curry sauce over your bee hoon noodles - goodness me, it’s fabulous.

Cons: Queues can be a bit long, Can be a mission to chope a table

Delicious and very affordable - Edit
We stopped here for lunch on a week day. The place is definitely very popular with the local crowd of office workers but the queue moves very quickly so it wasn't a hassle at all. We tried 2 different dishes (daily specials) and they were both absolutely delicious. Our lunch for 2 cost us less than 10SGD and was very filling. Would come again!

All Food Items are not available - Edit
I went there after reading good reviews at 9:15am , more than 2 hrs after their opening time at 7:00am and all food items stated are not available except fried bee hoon. Wanton noodle, chicken rice, etc etc all are unavailable! So diners must be aware that some vegetarians stalls like to attract you to going there but most of the time only bee hoon are the things available to serve. Totally disappointed

Delicious food, good variety and very affordable - Edit
Great to see another good local veg place opening in the CBD in Singapore notwithstanding covid! Good variety of different options every day, and prices are very reasonable. The food is also less oily than what you’ll find at your typical local veg food store in Singapore.

Great delicious food at great prices - Edit
Delicious and cheap food where the menu changes daily - you can also get meals that are a regular staple on the menu, such as Char Kway Teow which we strongly recommend!! It's so tasty and moreish, you can't help but eat the entire plate despite having had two dishes already!! We also tried the lion head mushroom noodle soup, which tasted like mee soto and full of lion head mushrooms mock mutton, which was delicious, and we had brown rice with pick and mix stuff which the uncle gave us extra because it was at the end of the day and it was the last of the pick and mix stuff. Needless to say, it was all tasty and very cheap, especially for the area it's in, and the uncle and person cooking were really nice and friendly, as were the drink stall people. Will go here again when we're in the area so we can try the other daily dishes.

Mee siam super good, must eat😋 - Edit
Update July 2021: Wanton noodles is good, with lots of ingredients and very generous portion, comes with a small bowl of herbal soup, all for $3 only, really doubt how they are going to make money? Kway chap got lots of ingredients, the fried chicken rice's "chicken skin" is thick yet crispy, taste like real fried chicken skin, superlicious 😋 their fried kuey teow mee got wok-hei, nice too. Mee rebus tastes normal, bee hoon mee goreng ok.
Read moreUpdate 21-6-2021: finally can dine in,
tried their today special mee siam, really worth the visit, their mee siam is very thick and flavourful, generous portion too, taste greater than other famous mee siam elsewhere, yummy 😋 took away their fried rice with 2 two dishes for lunch later, $3 only, the fried rice by itself is very delicious, got "wok-hei" yummy 😋
Tried their monkey head mushroom noodles, it tastes like the Malay's kambing soup, a lot of monkey head mushroom given, and it's really flavourful, $4 really worth the money, can change to monkey head mushroom rice if prefer to have rice. The acar ($1) tastes great, a bit like acar rojak, their self made fried wan ton is tasty and crispy. Do come and support them, a new vegan stall in Singapore. Close on Sunday and public holiday.
