Amazing cheeses by every standard - Edit
A big part of my decision to visit LA was to try this cheese and I was not disappointed. Every cheese was amazing, taste tests were offered and the quality of the other ingredients used were very high quality. The owner is lovely and friendly. Would love if this were available in Australia.

we would've wanted to try the pizza but it was not available.
Read morethe owner needs a helper as he wanted to give a genuine experience with everyone but was hard to cater each individual customer.
sometimes owner just need to make an appearance and be the gracious host he can be.
Pros: vegan cheese, variety taste, hygiene
Cons: lack of staff, pricey, lack sister location

vegan cheese heaven - Edit
If you're vegan and in LA, stopping here (and again and again) is a must. They let you sample the flavors- pick your favorite(s) and grab a loaf of the bread, then bliss out.

vegan cheese shop! - Edit
I stopped in with a friend to sample some of the cheeses. They actually serve some sandwiches and such, but we had already eaten lunch. Next time. As for the cheeses, the owner let us sample about 15 of them which was all that were available. He was working on some others that were not ready yet. Each one was delicious and favorites depended on personal taste. He uses every kind of nut including cashew, macadamia, pistachio, brazil nut, etc. They are sold by weight, in ounce increments. We each bought three different types of cheeses. I look forward to the grand opening!
