Súper bien! - Edit
Las opciones veganas excelentes! Pero además me acompañaba una persona que sí come carne y también lo disfrutó.

Washoku Dining Takh - Edit
Mostly seafood but I specified that I was vegan to the staff and they made me a whole vegan spread that filled the table. Very sweet chef who took great care of us and meal was very affordable. Don’t be put off by the lack of vegan or vegetarian items on the menu. Staff also spoke good English

Fresh and tasty vegan set meal - Edit
The restaurant had a great atmosphere and you can see the chefs cooking. The menu was clearly marked with the vegan choice (set meal ¥1500). The food was tasty and fresh. The set meal was small though and I also ordered a teriyaki tofu after it had arrived, which was delicious!

Great atmosphere and friendly staff. Only downside is their vegetarian options use bonito and fish oil.

Looks like a super fun place if you eat fish. Not so veg-friendly anymore. - Edit
We went specifically because of the big veggie plate shown in this app and no such thing. I showed the photo and app to the waitress and she said no such option, mainly just sashimi and sushi. The only vegetarian option she suggested was a rice bowl. Too bad, it was a fun atmosphere.
