Vegan options

Had several dairy free milk options for coffees and teas, and vegan food options including delicious cake .

Nice cake spot

When I visited midweek there were 3 vegan cake options - chocolate, lemon Viennese and fruit loaf. Oat milk is served and good coffee too - a big plus for me!

It’s not a cheap spot - 2 cakes and coffees were £12 - and we like to come here for a special treat.

They offered a falafel and hummus wrap/ potato/ salad/ sandwich option for a main. Plus soup when it happens to be vegan.

Family friendly and always lots of dogs in the seating area..!

Pros: Multiple vegan cakes, Oat milk

Unexpected vegan items

I visited with family whilst at the garden centre, I tried the chocolate flavoured tea- not to my taste buds, but upon enquiringly I discovered that the fruit loaf was vegan and it was absolutely beaut! On a separate occasion I visited for lunch and there was a vegan option available as a wrap (which I had) or jacket potato, the wrap came with vegan crisps and contained homemade falafel which was very tasty.
UPDATE: they now have loads of vegan choices (including a 'cheese' burger) and cakes!

Limited vegan choices, in a lovely cafe.

Food is good. They have seating in a covered outside area, and provide blankets for comfort - there are lots of little touches like this. It's a popular place to eat.

Pros: The food is good, Vegan cake available, Nice environment

Cons: Can be very busy at lunchtime
