Always good - Edit
I order from yak and yeti a ton. They’re right down the block from my house so it’s easy. When using Uber eats you can click to specify vegan. It also clearly states when ordering which can be made vegan and which can’t. You can also specify what spice level you need things at.

Vegan and Indian - Edit
Finding an authentic, well-spiced, delicious Indian restaurant with a dedicated vegan menu is a blessing! I love Indian food, but most restaurants only offer the traditional veg or non-veg menu items with many of the veg options containing dairy. The Yak and Yeti has an entire section of the menu dedicated to Vegan options; there's even vegan chai! They use soy milk instead of cream. This made it simple to order all my favorites and not have to worry about the dairy or attempting to special order the food.

Great food, good beer! - Edit
I submitted this listing and as of this time, it's not totally correct. Yak and Yeti has the buffet for lunch and dinner, but there is a distinct vegan section that you can order from on the menu if you wish to skip the buffet. Yak and Yeti also has a location in Arvada.
Read moreWith most breweries, the beer takes center stage. With Yak and Yeti, it's the food. The food is great. You can order your food to your specifications with regards to spiciness, plus you have a choice of 3 kinds of rice. The beer? It's good, but there are better breweries out there. The Himalayan IPA is very good and complements the food very well.
Keep in mind that the vast majority of their customers order the buffet option. I have eaten at the Denver Yak and Yeti twice. The staff seem a little awkward when you order from the menu. It's almost like it happens once in a blue moon. However, don't let that put you off from a great dining experience.
Pros: Great food, Good beer., Good service.
Cons: Awkward staff
