Very good Chinese food. - Edit
The entrance to this restaurant is inside a building with several other businesses. It is a fairly straightforward Chinese restaurant with common dishes. A few specify that they have honey.
Read moreWe had the 7 vegetable tofu, which was good, and the heng-yang tofu, which was excellent. The egg rolls are vegetarian as well and the service was great.

Best tofu I’ve ever had!! - Edit
Several vegan and vegetarian options. Idk how they cook their tofu but it’s incredible - crispy outside and almost creamy on the inside.

Don't let the stereotypical chinese take-out look of the place fool you, the food is amazing. I got the vegetable dumplings and General Tso's tofu. The dumplings were hot and full of flavor. It's a good sign when even the dipping sauce is obviously handmade. The tofu was crispy on the outside and creamy soft inside. Rice was nice and so was the price.

On a recent visit to Santa Fe my wife and stumbled across Yin and Yang. They are a little off the beaten path and away from the larger tourist areas, but still convenient. At first we thought about doing take out but decided to go ahead

Though they have a meat heavy menu they did have a very decent dedicated vegetarian section. We ordered veggy dumplings which were delivered steamed and hot. Very nice. Along with several great entrees we ordered a plate of EggFoYoung without meat - waitress was happy to accommodate.
When they arrived we were astonished at how large they were. Typically you get a pancake but these were big, freshly made and tasted amazing.
Service was good in spite of a rather brisk take-out business going on. Waitress was friendly and the whole experience was great. Did I mention they have very reasonable prices?
