Amazing Vegan Options!

Stumbled upon this Japanese restaurant in the stylish new Press Hall food court off Willis Street. Great selection of pre-made vegan sushi and several made-to-order vegan dishes, including Agedashi Tofu, Kaarage Tofu, vegan tempura bowl, and a vegan bento bowl. Nice selection of wines and beers as well as sake and whisky! Not everything can be veganized but what is on offer is very tasty and well-presented (sadly the udon and miso soup are not, as they are made in the traditional Japanese manner with bonito). Definitely worth coming here for a Japanese food fix! Would give five stars but Happy Cow reserves that for fully veg*n restaurants.
