Nach einer kurzen Wartezeit in der Schlange kann man sich aus einem ganzen Buffet an Zutaten seine Bowl aussuchen. Die meisten Bolws sind kalt und eignen sich als leichtes sättigendes Mittagessen. Zu Stoßzeiten kann mit längeren Wartezeiten gerechnet werden. Die Sitzmöglichkeiten innen und draußen sind angenehm gestaltet und im Sommer ist es besonders schön, draußen auf dem ruhigen Platz unter Bäumen mit Sicht auf eine Kirche zu sitzen.
