Best vegan bakery ever - Edit
As a vegan with plenty of food allergies (gluten, nuts, and many more), it's near impossible to find baked goods I can safely eat.
Read moreAfter talking to Eliah, he made it his mission to personally bake multiple 'safe' tarts, donuts, cinnamon rolls and bounty bars for me.
The results were absolutely delicious, the prices very fair and I had no allergic reactions whatsoever.
I can't recommend this place enough. 11/10

Visited their stand at a fair and I was really impressed with their brownie.
Read moreNice and moist on the inside and crispy on the outside with a really intense chocolate flavour. Exactly what a good brownie should be. And it was huge too!
I can't wait to try out their other stuff when their store opens.

They are normally not open on Sunday, but this was an exception, as it was the day before Christmas. Although with a more limited offer than usual.

Read moreI've tried all the vegan Belgian waffles I've been able to get my hands on and these are by far the best! Definitely closest to how I remember non vegan Luikse wafels. Worth the visit for these alone!
They also offer amazing lunches: pizza's, filled buns, mini pies (omg the mini pies are sooo good!) and the owner is super friendly. I noticed there were many gluten-free options as well :)
A must visit in Ghent for sure!

I’ve been lucky enough to try ZEB’s baked goods a few times and they are outstanding. Amazing service and care is put into everything they do, and the team who run ZEB are wonderful and truly care about their customers! Eli made some delicious gluten free cookies of incredible and unique flavours for me, as well as special treats for my dogs! I was fortunate enough to then try their incredible gluten free tarts and the peanut butter cups at a wedding I attended. As a gluten free vegan, I usually don’t even bother buying baked goods because I’m always disappointed. But ZEB’s baking has well and truly restored my faith! Thank you so much!

A lovely box of vegan treats! - Edit
I loved the assorted dessert box I ordered from here. The peanut butter cups were ridiculously good and my partner said the white chocolate (The Sheila) was the best vegan white chocolate he’s had. I also recommend trying the cookies and cakes. An added bonus is that some of the funds from the purchase are donated to worthy causes.

Delicious peanut butter cups, cookies, and other desserts - Edit
We tasted all the different cookies and also had the salted peanut butter cups. The peanut butter cups were definitely my favourites! The cookies are more the soft sand cookies type, different, but delicious. Need to try the English style cakes another time.
