Good bakery and coffee - Edit
It's great that this bakery has vegan options! The vegan options aren't labeled as such, except for one, but the staff speaks English and we're happy to point me to the vegan options. I had two sweet things, but there were also savoury options. You can also order coffee here with also plantbased options. Limited outside seats, but the seaside is close by.

Happy to find savoury vegan pastry, but selection is otherwise small - Edit
It's been a while since I last found vegan pastry in a bakery that wasn't sweet (or bread or bun), so I was very happy to see Zorbas offers a vegetable pie with vegan cheese. I liked the way it tasted, though the texture of the 'crust' surprised me: I expected puff pastry texture, but this was harder than that, a bit like the pasta layers in lasagna?
Read moreThe selection of vegan items was rather small when I visited - basically this, and full-size cakes were the only vegan options available. I really wanted to try the mushroom with truffle oil pastry that I've seen in pictures in reviews here, but this type of pastry is either no longer being offered, or it isn't produced during off-season, because there was no sign of it when I visited Paphos in January 2024 . I also didn't find any small-size vegan cakes.
Pros: savoury vegan pastry, open late, everything labelled also in English
Cons: small selection

Nice little spot to get something quick - Edit
Staff knew what vegan was, had a vegan cheese and veg pastry and an iced coffee. Nice place to go in after a hot afternoon to cool down. Didn't ask about sandwiches but what we got was tasty and fairly priced

Coffee, pastries and sandwiches. - Edit
Kind of boutique bakery/ patisserie. Has a selection of vegan options. When I was there I got a seitan gyro pitta, vegan cheese and veg phyllo pastry, sesame pastry and a Freddo espresso. The freshly made stuff is clearly labelled vegan (vgn) or vegetarian (v). They also have an espesor machine where you can get local freddo or latte, americano etc.

Cons: Not cheap, but not super expensive either.

Limited options but okay - Edit
Two savory and two dessert options when I visited. Everything is well labeled but even though some of the bread was labeled as vegetarian the lady at the counter informed me all bread is in fact vegan, so I’m not sure the labels can actually be trusted. Tried the mushroom pastry and it was okay, could not taste the truffle oil tho.

Vegan pastry, and coffee with milk - Edit
Nice place to go for coffee and snack and cool down in the hot day. There are some vegan options like vegan cakes and alternative milks for your coffee (only the staff is very slow, so you have to be patient). I liked the most a pastry filled with veggies and vegan cheese.

Top notch bakery - Edit
I've now had the mushroom pastry with truffle oil and the spinachy one and they're both fantastic. There isn't a whole load of options but that's ok cause the options are brilliant. Go grab a pastry and a coffee.

Two vegan options - Edit
The place is nice and the woman at the counter was very nice! Unfortunately we just found 2 options: amazing but salty (no sweets to be found)

Vegan Duchess is my queen - Edit
A lot of vegan bread here, but ask the staff about it, they have list with ingredients of every type of bread that sold here.
Read moreThere are also many vegan and lenten bakery products, pastry, desserts and three types of vegan sandwiches in fridge. Vegan and lenten products are marked as Vegan and Nistisimo/Νηστίσιμο (“lenten” in Greek).
There are two vegan things you definitely must try. The first one is vegan mushroom pie with vegan cheese and truffle oil. The second one is delicious Cypriot dessert named Doukissa or Duchess Cake. It’s like a lot of tiny and crunchy biscuit pieces in firm chocolate cream covered with chocolate glaze.
Pros: Good choice, Friendly staff

Only a few options - Edit
The store clerk directed me to the gluten-free section when I asked for vegan items...i found they only had two savory baked options (I wanted something sweet), coconut yogurt, gelatin free jelly beans and a seitan wrap.
