About the ¥500 seating fee: we understand it can feel unexpected, so we’re working to make this clearer before guests are seated (it includes popcorn). We’re also improving our English communication and menu labeling so there is no confusion about what each item contains. For reference, our menu is all plant-based (no meat / no fish), and we are continuously improving consistency and service.
