If there are open tables, we should communicate choices more clearly — we’re improving how we guide guests so it doesn’t feel unnecessarily squeezed. Thank you also for the comments on the cover charge and the explanation cards. We’ve already made improvements to how the menu and options are communicated, and we’ve stopped the “educational sweets” entirely. On the food: everything on our menu is all plant-based (no meat, no fish) — including the melty “cheese-style” items (also plant-based). And we hear you on sides/combos: we’re reviewing how we can make the burger experience feel more complete and less messy.
