Being so analytical about everything makes you miss the point of going out to have some fun... All food at Gnou is super delicious, nutritional and the proportions are sufficient. I've also taken the scrambled tofu and all the negative things you wrote about it just never crossed my mind. It's just perfect and delicious and the portion is just correct. Thank you for reading me!
