Thanks for sharing this, and I’m sorry about the first visit — walking 3 miles only to be told we couldn’t seat you is frustrating. We do accept walk-ins when we have the space, but reservations get priority, and availability can change quickly depending on how busy we are. We should have explained that better. As for the food, it’s obviously disappointing that it didn’t live up to the hype for you. We won’t argue with personal taste, but we do take the feedback seriously. We appreciate you giving us a second chance, even if we didn’t win you over.
