Sorry to hear you had complications with severe celiac. The gluten free bread made from Oat .buckwheat white rice flower . The bread made at a facility produce regular gluten bread and pastries. I am sorry for for your experience .thank you for your review and warning i will make note to inform others that the bread may contain trace of gluten .
