Dear customer! We are so sorry to hear about your "dreadful experience". That was truly not our attention. Taste is something very personal and as you can see we have excellent reviews and people say that our food is delicious in general. About your claim that our food is not freshly prepared, you have to consider that we are not a restaurant, but a street food, which means that we have to prepare some of the food (as burgers, tofu nuggets, etc as we make it inside from scratch!!!) every morning and we do it every single morning!!!
