Hi Ken, Thanks for trying us out. We changed up our tofu scramble a bit so it's not "runny" now. Our food is *prepped* ahead of time, certainly not made ahead of time. We are a small cafe so prepping is pretty crucial. The breakfast sandwich has been reduced to under 10 dollars aswell - so also much less "inconsistent". As for the cinnamon bun and jersey joe roll - I'm sorry to hear you did not enjoy them as theyre our most popular items!
