Hello Mendeil So sorry to learn about your experience , we send a few hundred daily orders accross the world and mainly Usa. We are saddened to know that you haven't recieved your order from us , however your order was placed at the end of March 2020 precisely on the 31st , that is 6 months ago , we allow our customers 30 days from when they placed their order to contact us and inform us of a delayed delivery or non deliveries , but knowing how covid 19 has affected the world we had to extend this 30 daygrace period to 3 month to allow people to claim their parcels with us. Sadly this order has been placed 6 months ago , and we havent been made aware that it hasn't been delivered to you until today meaning that we can no longer track it on the Couriers system as it has just seems to have been forgotten about and informing us that you haven't received your parcel 6 months later didn't make it easier for us to check its whereabouts and inquire with the couriers, we do understand that this is frustrating but we hope you can understand the reality of the actual situation.... Once again we are really sorry but it is all in our T's & C's .
