I can agree with you HOWEVER, did you let them know that when the food arrived that it wasn’t enough? EVERYTIME time I’ve had a issue at a restaurant I let them know and they fix it. So you didn’t even attempt to cause you were looking for a reason to give them a subpar review cause they didn’t give you free food. The email clearly shows that. I guess this is a good tactic I should use. My dad has cancer and this might be his last meal can I have free food.
