Hi Janet, Thanks for your review and I'm glad to hear you enjoyed the dish you tried. I've been contemplating what to say in response to your comments about pricing for some time. I appreciate your perspective. Our pricing is reflective of many factors. We do make everything in house, on-site, from scratch with the exception of our tortillas and our yogurt. Everything is organic, minimal oil and no refined sugar, with commercially compostable containers for the majority of our packaging. We are a new, small business in a neighborhood that has not had a plethora of plant-based options - and exactly the reason we wanted to be in Park Slope. We chose to be a grab and go concept to mitigate risk (future pandemic, cost of real estate, small footprint, small kitchen producing ALL of our food). We are a small business, proudly employing people at a living wage. We are trying to operate in the most responsible way possible to keep us in business. Our mission is to provide healthy plant-based food to all humans, as reasonably priced as possible, all while doing something positive for our ever-worsening climate crisis. We are doing our best to be the best version of what we imagined. We are a work in progress! I'm proud of what we are thus far and what we are becoming. Thank you for trying us out!
