Ok, so the folks that seemed to be living on the streets led me to mistakenly characterize the neighborhood is sketchy. Perhaps they weren't vagrants, they were just outside enjoying the air. I've been wrong before. Undoubtedly, restaurant owners are entitled to vacations. However, when they do that if they are considerate of their customers, they will let their customers know. If they have websites, they should update the website with a vacation notice. I'm not complaining that these people took a vacation, I'm complaining that they didn't take the appropriate steps to let customers know.
