Dear Mindfulsam, Thank you so much for this terrific review, we really appreciate it. We need to thank you, too, for pointing out that we do not have a note on our menu regarding the presence of honey in the amlou. We do understand that some vegans do not eat honey as well as some who do, but it is an error on our part that we do not acknowledge that amlou is made with honey. The next time that we print the menu, we will correct that. Best wishes, Lori and Rachid
