Hi VersaceSim! We’re glad you enjoyed the coffee and pastry. We just wanted to clarify that our chilaquiles are not frozen and the only reason they are heated in the oven is to melt or “gratin” the plant-based cheese. We make our sauces in house, as well as the tortilla chips and beans so I’m sorry you got that impression from the fact that they are oven-baked.
