Hi Natasha, we’re sorry to hear this. Just to clarify, the toasted marshmallows are part of the s’mores concept, but I agree that a hard-rock brownie is unacceptable. The temperatures at the december festival were crazy, going from cold to hot (when our neighbors used cooking griddles) and viceversa, which may have affected the brownies. I assure you that we have never heard such a comment in the actual café, where our temperature conditions are more controlled and standard. We hope you give yourself the chance to try other pastries that I’m sure you’ll love. We’ll also be happy to refund you for that unfortunate brownie experience.
