During our visit, they did seem knowledgeable about vegan, even expliciting one or more dishes came without sauce, since the sauce wasnt vegan (as also about the croupouc and sauce). But nonetheless, that's a true shame they use milkpowder in so many dishes (and Indonedian cuisine mostly doesnt use dairy even!)
