Hi Foofie… thank you for taking the time to share your experience. I’m saddened to hear it was not pleasant for you, especially after having high expectations. Your feedback regarding the service is especially concerning, and we will address this with our team to ensure better attention and communication, if you came for brunch this was only our second week as a full service restaurant. We are still working out the proper steps of service now we are officially offering dine in. As for the food, I appreciate your suggestions about the tofu scramble and sides. I try to make sure each menu description accurately entails what each item comes with. We are very accommodating and can make substitutions within our means. We have other guests substitute our diced potatoes for the chips quite often. We make everything to order so we can definitely make your food without the Violife cheese and add more peppers if you request them. We understand that our guests may have different preferences when it comes to plant-based options, and we’ll take your comments into consideration as we continue refining our menu. -Chef Adibe
