Dear Chloe, We sincerely apologize that you felt our staff was not knowledgeable during your visit. We’ve been facing some delivery issues due to delays at the ports. When my cashier asked the manager in the back about the flavor, it was to ensure we provided you with the correct information. Regarding your feedback on the mac and cheese, it's one of our best-selling items, and we rarely receive complaints about it. However, I truly apologize for your experience and will personally look into it. I would be happy to remake the mac and cheese for you, ensuring it meets our quality standards. As for the seating, I understand it can get quite cramped. If you’re looking for more space, I recommend visiting the outdoor park just down the block, which has tables and chairs for a more comfortable dining experience.
