Dear katarzynaLedzion, In Vietnam we use pepper for many local dishes, so nothing special about using black pepper in some dishes, like in our homemade tofu sausages for banh mi. But fair enough that you didn’t enjoy our food. We aim for the doing our best and make everything from scratch without adding any chemicals or additives like MSG which is very common in Asia.
